Breakfast: polenta

Snack: Toast stump with peanut butter and banana. Coffee.

Lunch: Moroccan chickpea soup with leftover rice

Snack: banana with honey, cinnamon, flaked coconut, and pecan crumbs

Snack: leftover rice with frozen corn and peas, plus margarine

Dinner: taco salad
