Snack: boiled egg, 2 dates, slice of cheese

Snack: roasted vegetables on brown rice

Snack: homemade caramel popcorn and cookies

Dinner: rice crackers and triscuits with white bean dip, spicy ketchup chips with BBQ dip

Snack: mango
